    How to decide between zuǐ chún and 双唇? Are they always the same? Which should I use when saying “I bit my lip!”. I guess the one without shuang1.

      Actually, “嘴唇“ and ”双唇“ have the same meaning, but “双唇” sounds more formal.
      When you want to say ” I bit my lips”, you must use “嘴唇“,”我咬到了嘴唇!”
